Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order before it is marked 'Shipped' by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Because these are perishable food products, we do not accept returns once delivered.

If a product arrives damaged, leaked or spoiled, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
